It is only 32 years since the establishment of the institution. It is too short a period for any institution but in this short period the institution has made desired progress. Through this, various services are being offered to the handicapped children. The projects mentioned above, on their completion this would be the prominent institution in the country dedicated to the handicapped children.

In its development we are getting support of the rich, of the donors, of devoted persons, but the Rajasthan Government is not providing regular contribution for its educational activities to Deaf & Dumb School and Sur Nilyam School


वेदांता हिंदुस्तान जिंक लिमिटेड, उदयपुर के आदरनीय परम श्रद्धेय चेयरमैन श्री अनिल अग्रवाल साहब की असीम अनुपकंपा से वित्तीय वर्ष 2007 में मूक बधिर एवं दृष्टिबाधित बालक - बालिकाओं को भीलवाड़ा शहर में प्रतिदिन स्कूल आने की कहानी को दूर करने के लिए 5 लाख रुपये की बस क्रय करने की सहायता राशि प्राप्त हुई | स्कूल बस से अभिभावक के बच्चो का स्कूल आने जाने में बड़ा संबल मिला और वित्तीय वर्ष 2012 - 2013 से निरंतर 5.00 लाख रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता मिलने एवं वर्ष 2017-2018 से 25 लाख रुपए का सहयोग मिलने से दिव्यांग बच्चो के उच्च शिक्षा के लिए प्राथमिकता करने के लिए प्रेरित करने से वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक महाविद्यालय से B.A., B Com., B.C.A, PG. DC. पास करने से प्रतिवर्ष उच्च शिक्षा के लिए बच्चे प्रवेश ले रहे हैं | दिव्यांग बच्चो का शैक्षिक स्थर बढ़ने से कम्पटीशन परीक्षा उत्तरीन कर बैंक , रेलवे, विधुत निगम , जिला परिषद में नियुक्तियां हासिल की है|

तेल एवं प्राकृतिक गैस निगम लि. के नई दिल्ली के आर्थिक सहयोग मूक बधिर दृष्टिबाधित द्विव्यांग बच्चों के शैक्षिक पूर्ववास हेतु सामाजिक सरोकार एवं दायित्व के प्रति आपके संरक्षक के रूप में स्नेहमयी आर्शिवाद सकारात्मक सोच के मध्य सोशियल रेस्पोन्सीबलिटी में श्रीमान यदुवेन्द्र माथुर साहब (I.A.S) के अनुरोध पर संस्था के नवनिर्मित आॅडोटोरियम भवन में फर्नीचर सोफे केबीनेट फिक्टर पर्दे रोशनी आदि के लिए राशि 17.31 लाख रूपये श्रीमान् मनोज बारथवाल साहब की असीम अनुकम्पा से स्वीकृति प्राप्त हुई।



The government of India is providing help to the special type of deaf education project through its ministry of welfare and the Hindustan Zinc Limited, Udaipur extends a help of RS. 1.50 Lac annually to the institution and for the constructions and developmental works. We can not forget the contribution of the City Council. Urban Improvement Trust is extending its full support. The above-referred projects are run by the donations and from the 'Sansad Quota' and in the running of the institution in these years financial shortage has not come on our way.

The committee has a property of about 2 crores acquired within 19 years which includes Deaf & Dumb school and hostel, Training centre for the handicapped, Sur Nilyam Blind school, three rooms on the first floor of Deaf & Dumb school, playground, garden, courtyard on the 12 acres of land, internal electrification and road lights, tarring of roads and deaf girl's hostel.





We thank all the donors but mentioning the names of Shri Laxminiwas ji Jhunjhunwala, Shri Mahavir Prasad ji Mansinghka and The Hindustan Zinc Limited, Udaipur are of great importance. The continuous support of Shri Jhunjhunwala Saheb is not only financially but also he supported physically and mentally from the starting year of the school. Shri M. P. Mansinghka , Mumbai donated Rs 15.00 Lac in 1995-96 and Rs 2.50 Lac for furniture etc. by which Shri Murlidhar Mansinghka Sur Nilyam Blind School has come into existence. By the support only the Kejriwal Foundation, England presented two machines DVS and VISI-PITCH speech to the institution.

The Hindustan Zinc Limited. Udaipur is providing a support of Rs 1.50 Lac to the institution since many years. Zindal Trust gives Rs 10 thousand every year and Suzuki Processors Mandal, Distt. Bhilwara gives a help of Rs 30 thousand per year.





The officers of the institution are happy that the planned that they had planted 19 years ago is now flourishing and the handicapped boys and girls not only of Rajasthan but even of other states see a hope of their rehabilitation.

Many Ex. Chief Ministers, Living Ministers, MPs , MLAs and Industrialist , Autonomus Bodies has contributed a lot and many officers of Indian Administration Service have shared their contribution part in the development of the institution.
